License to Vira Studios: By uploading or creating content through the Service, you grant Vira Studios a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, process, adapt, and modify Your Content solely for the purpose of:

• Processing your content with AI technology
• Generating clips and performing requested operations
• Technical operations such as backup and storage

This license terminates when you delete Your Content from the Service, except for content that has been shared with others or as required for backup and recovery purposes.

5. User Generated Content Disclaimer

User Responsibility: Vira Studios is a content processing platform. We do not monitor, review, or control the content that users upload to the Service. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use and authorize us to process all content you upload
• Your content does not infringe upon the copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights of any third party
• Your content does not violate any applicable laws, including copyright laws, DMCA, or broadcasting rights
• You have obtained all necessary consents from individuals appearing in your content

No Liability for User Content: Vira Studios is not responsible for:

• Any content uploaded by users, including copyrighted materials, illegal content, or content that violates third-party rights
• Any claims, damages, or losses arising from content you upload, create, or distribute through the Service
• The accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of user-generated clips
• Any consequences resulting from your use or distribution of generated clips

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vira Studios, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your content or your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party

DMCA Compliance: We respect intellectual property rights and will respond to valid DMCA takedown notices. If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, please contact us at support@virastudios.net with the required information.

7. Payment, Subscriptions, and Refund Policy

Subscription Plans: Vira Studios offers various subscription tiers with different features and limitations. Current pricing and features are available on our pricing page.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Credits and Usage: Processing credits are consumed when you generate, render, or export clips. Credits do not roll over between billing periods and expire at the end of each billing cycle. Unused credits are non-refundable.

Price Changes: We may modify subscription prices with 30 days notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Disputes: If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us at support@virastudios.net within 30 days of the charge. We will review your case and respond within 5 business days.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, features, and functionality, is owned by Vira Studios and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without explicit written permission. The Vira Studios name, logo, and all related product names are trademarks of Vira Studios.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Service Provided "As Is": The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

No Guarantee: We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or errors.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vira Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Unauthorized access to your content or account
• Errors or interruptions in the Service
• Loss or corruption of data

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination
